Didn't know what else to think, so had customer get another one in case it was bad out of the box. He put in another one & came up with 03800500-2f47. WebYou may be a victim of a false error if there is air in the ink lines. In order to check, please open the top cover (lid) of the printer and look for the ink lines (they are quite easy to spot). If you see any air bubbles (and they will be obvious) your problem may not be the print heads.
