WebJan 7, 2024 · Not sure if you can eliminate it entirely but I downloaded a couple mods that helped. I'm using type 3 body and zzjay's body and face textures. Depending on skin tone it's nearly nonexistent. Not sure about any option for guys though. They both work with FCO by the way as I am also using it.
