This is why the ALL_OBJECTS table and similar tables have an OWNER field, as it designates the user that created the object, and therefore which schema it resides in. You can DROP and then CREATE in a different schema or use a CTAS (CREATE TABLE AS) statement as decsribed. dba_tables etc. are views over oracle tables - you do NOT want to be trying to mess with these.
