Timing settings are 15 degrees at idle, 30 WOT, 32 cruise. (you have a 3200 rpm delay combined with 100% TPS, Not bueno for reving or WOT). Your spark tables need work as well. Your MAF is partially failed. Your TPS needs to be reset or your TB position screw is off or cable is hanging, probably just needs to be reset.
